Receiving notification of a payment is almost instant with Bitcoin. However, there is a delay before the network begins to confirm your transaction by including it in a block. As long as your transaction has not been confirmed yet, there is a chance where your transaction process may fail or rejected by the network, which is not safe. This is the reason why your Bitcoin balance will not show up in your Bitcoin.co.id account if the status is still Unconfirmed (Zero Confirmation).
A confirmation means that there is a consensus on the network that the bitcoins you received haven’t been sent to anyone else and are considered your property. Once your transaction has been included in one block, it will continue to be buried under every block after it, which will exponentially consolidate this consensus and decrease the risk of a reversed transaction. Each confirmation takes between 10 – 30 minutes. If the transaction pays too low a fee or is otherwise atypical, getting the first confirmation can take much longer. Please note that the only ones who can confirm a transaction are the miners, which is why there is no way Bitcoin.co.id will be able to slow down, cancel, or fasten the confirming process.
If you have transferred Bitcoin to your VIP account but your Bitcoins haven’t shown up in your balance even after hours went by, please check again from where did you send your Bitcoin because there are several wallets or exchanges that need another verification process to be done, such as confirming your Bitcoin transfer via e-mail, sms or any other method that can make sure of your transfer. You need to click on the verification link you received in your email or enter the sms pin to give approval to your Bitcoin transfer. If you have done this and your Bitcoin still hasn’t shown up, try putting a bigger amount of miner fee next time so it will be processed faster by the miners.
